30 Day No-Quibbles Returns
We want you to absolutely love your Weezy Pop pieces. If you're not completely happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Tried it on and changed your mind? That’s totally fine.
What can be returned
Charms, necklaces and other components can be returned in their original condition within 30 days.
For hygiene reasons, hoops are non-returnable. If your order included earrings, simply unclip the charms and return those only.
Return postage
Returns are not free, customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Condition of returns
Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
