However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out quite as planned. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, don’t worry—we’re here to help.

Earrings
Earrings are none returnable, if there is a problem with your earrings please get in touch to discuss how we can help fix them for you.Â
Necklaces & Bracelets
Returns and exchanges for necklaces and bracelets are accepted within 14 days after the item(s) have been delivered. We do not currently offer paid returns meaning you are responsible for the shipment and payment of the return. It is highly recommended that you use a tracked service for your return.
​When returning your parcel, please clearly mark it with your full name and order number. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
​In order to return an item correctly, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out the email contact form below
2. Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of purchase
3. Item must be returned undamaged and unused, with it's original packagingÂ
4. Return your items using a tracked service - Please note custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable.Â
